Kevin's Handyman Services LV LLC is run by Kevin Mears.
Kevin has years of experience doing full gut and remodel renovations. He's done everything from mold remediation, to sheet rock, window replacement, stucco, plumbing, electrical, flooring and trim.
Kevin is a Union Elevator Mechanic currently waiting on a job reassignment. So he's willing to put that same meticulous work ethic towards bring your home project to completion, or fixing that .
Pictures are from a renovation that Kevin completed on his own property in Albuquerque NM on weekends over the course of 3 months without outside help.
He replaced windows, stripped tile, and installed laminate flooring. Gutted all living spaces, replaced insulation, and did all sheet rock and texturing. Kevin joined, and built the the butcher block counter tops.Welded brackets for the hanging shelf, installed all cabinets, and completed all carpentry, plumbing, electrical, flooring, trim, and painting.
As a Handyman, Kevin has the experience to handle any home project, from repair to maintenance to finishing that project rojects.
Kevin does not perform permit required jobs in the State of Nevada.
